Some fresh air is good


{Some fresh air is good for you}
Running creates this adrenaline in you -- it keeps your heart pumping, faster, louder and stronger. Running makes you feel free; an outlet to any negativity. Running is even better if you have someone beside you -- even if you ran in the evening/night, the companionship helps guide your way; loneliness no more.
That's what I felt today. Tried and tested. I've never felt better. Never felt more alive.
So some fresh air is good for you after all.
(and ducks are my new found favourite birds after seagulls)
